They named a standing committee on construction consisting of Louis Trembley, Charles Moran, Joseph Cote, Simon Drouillard, Jacques Pelletier & Gabriel Godfroy. These men were instructed to draw up a plan in consultation with builders and to present it to the assembley. A week later "les habitants assembles" agreed to accept the plan which the committee presented.
