Louis Dubos was born 8 Feb 1720 and baptized the same day in the parish of Saint-Charles-de-Charlesbourg, Charlesbourg, Canada, Nouvelle-France. He was the son of Jacques Dubos and Catherine Bedard and his godparents were Antoine Girard and Marguerite Gagnon wife of Antoine Bedard. [1]
Louis Dubaut, son of the late Jacques Dubaut and the late Marie Magdeleine [sic] and of the age of twenty-eight years, and Marie Charlotte Mallet, daughter of Gabriel Mallet and the late Marie Catherine Milot and of the age of twenty-four years, were married 30 Jun 1750 in the parish of Notre-Dame, Montréal, Canada, Nouvelle-France. Louis Dubeau, of the age of ninety years, died 18 Mar 1810 and was buried the following day in the cemetery of Notre-Dame, Montréal, Bas-Canada. Present at the burial were Louis Lemai and Xavier Deau-Champs. [3]
