Abel Hankins Duckworth was born about 1763 in Frederick County, Virginia and died 19 Aug 1834 in Marshall County, Tennessee. He married Mary Carruthers 10 Jun 1783 in Lincoln County, North Carolina.^[1] She was born about 1767 in Lincoln County, North Carolina. Mary died about 1825 in Lincoln County, Tennessee.^[2]
