Cléophée Dufour married Alexis Boucher on 4 Nov 1884 at St Alexandre, Kamouraska, Quebec. Present were her parents Joseph Dufour & Georgiana Leveque and his parents Teophile Boucher & Marie-Delphine Dumont[1].
It had been previously reported that "Marie Cléophée Dufour was born on 5 Nov 1864 and was baptized the next day in Saint-Pascal parish in Kamouraska. She was the daughter of Joseph Dufour, a day worker, and his wife Marguerite Bérubé. Godparents at Cléophée's baptism were Jean Baptiste Dufour and Judith Vaillancourt." This however appears to be based on a baptismal record for a different Cléophée Dufour. The birth/baptismal record for Cléophée Dufour daughter of Joseph Dufour & Georgiana Leveque, as well as the record for some of her siblings have not yet been found.
