On 29 Oct 1968 at the family residence, Mr. & Mrs. Arthur Dukes, who both worked at Gressinger & Sons Farms, were presented three posthumus rewards for Sgt Dukes, by a representative of the US Army: Silver Star, Bronze Star, and Purple Heart, according to The Palm Beach Post.[6]
