Biography
Evans was born in 1928. He was raised in McAdam, New Brunswick, Canada. He attended Mount Alison University. Evans worked in various places in eastern Canada including, Ottawa, Windsor, Bathurst, Moncton, Truro and Halifax. He passed away in 2003.
He was an only child.
