Biography
George Robert was born on the 25th April[1] 1909[2] at Charlton[3] or Witherington in the parish of Downton, Wiltshire, England and was baptised on the 6th June 1909 at the Woodfalls Primitive Methodist Station, non conformist chapel, Woodfalls, Wiltshire, England, the son of Tom George Dyer (Shepherd) and Louisa Dyer of Witherington Farm, Downton, Wiltshire.[4]
On Saturday 3rd September 1932 George Robert Dyer married Marjorie Rosina Bubb at the Blackfield Baptist Chapel, Blackfield, Southampton, Hampshire, England.[5][6]
In 1939, George Robert (b. 25th April 1908 [sic], a skillman in a petroleum refinery) and Marjorie Rosina (b. 28th February 1908) were living at "Melrose", Hampton Lane, Langley (New Forest R.D.), Hampshire, England.[1]
In 1994, George Robert was living at "Trentham", 76 Hampton Lane, Blackfield, Hampshire.[7]
He passed away on the 27th January 1994.[7]
