Jerry was born in 1948, the son of William Clifford Earnhardt and Rachel Othenia Bondurant. He died away 1970 in the Vietnam War, and is buried in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro, Randolph County, North Carolina.[1]
Spc. Jerry Earnhardt served in the United States Army in the Vietnam War Service started: 23 May 1969 Unit(s): 108th Artillery Group, 1st Battalion, 83rd Artillery Service ended: 13 Apr 1970
He was killed in action in South Vietnam while serving with the 108th Artillery Group, 83rd Artillery Regiment.[2][3][4]
Specialist 4th Class Clifford J. Earnhardt of Hillsville, Virginia is honored on Panel 12W, Row 130 of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. HQ BTRY, 1ST BN, 83RD ARTILLERY, XXIV CORPS[5][6][7]
