Biography
This profile is part of the Ellis Name Study.
Benjamin was born in 1794. He was the twin son of Willard Ellis and Mary Marshall.[1]
In his father's will Benjamin was to receive the sum of $230 and 1/2 of the 1/3rd of a pew in Mr. Dexter's Meeting House, and 1/4 part of my household furniture.
He passed away in 1854 at the age of 56, probably unmarried.
