William of North Street, Westminster. Born 27th October 1742, he was baptised: 21st October 1743, [1][2] Saint George Mayfair, Westminster, Middlesex, England. Of Charles Streater Ellis Esq (bef.1708-bef.1743) and Ann.

His brother Charles Streater Ellis passed away 1817, burial St Margaret’s Church, Westminster. His 1817 Will states: my dear and loving brother William Ellis Esquire.

He passed away age 79 on the 19th February 1822, having had two paralytic attacks Will's dated 23d Sept 1820 and 18th Feb 1822, Mr William Ellis, his nephews and nioces, William, George, and John Ellis, Mrs. Halford, and Miss Ellis. Mrs. Kempson.[5] Proved at London 21st March 1822.

Burial 27 Mar 1822, [6] St. Margaret's, Westminster.

Will revoked by Q on 10th May 1824. [7]
