Genevieve Hémond was born 11 Nov 1712 and baptized 27 Nov 1712 in the parish of Notre-Dame-de-Liesse, Rivière-Ouelle, Canada, Nouvelle-France. She was the daughter of Pierre Hémond and Marie Agnès Grondin and her godparents were Pierre Boucher and Genevieve Dancosse wife of Pierre Berubé. ^[1]
