It looks like the mother of Lorena was Elizabeth Farris per Edmund West, comp.. Family Data Collection - Individual Records subscription to Ancestry.com required This has been proven incorrect, her brother married Elizabeth Faires.
Biography
Lorena was born about 1745. She married Sherwood Toney on 7 Feb 1765 in Goochland Co, VA. [1] She passed away about 1810. [2] She is named in her father's will as Lorena Toney.[3]

Nancy (Toney) Upshaw
Sherwood was in GA by 1807 (per GA property tax records) and I have a note (attached to Laurany) of 15 Aug 1812 from Grove Level Baptist Meetinghouse in Franklin Co, GA. I think this may be referring to her death date in GA, but can't be sure until I run across why I have this note.
