Biography

Among baptized in Alfta 27 July 1679 we find Kierstin, daughter of Erik Olsson in Nässäter.^[1] We find Kierstin Eriksdotter in the multigenerational household in Nässäter, headed by her grandfather, Olof Ersson. She is entered in the book in 1689, at the age of ten.^[2] In 1710 Kierstin's husband has joined the family.^[3]

In the household record started in 1718 we find Kierstin in Nässäter with her husband Nils Jonsson and many children.^[4] At a later date in the same book she is a widow in the household of her married son Jon Nilsson.^[5]
