BIRTH: 28 Sep 1907; Torpoint, Cornwall, England.

Gwynneth Jeanie Evans was born on the 28th day of September 1907 at the home of her parents, Octavius William and Jane Evans, 13 Fore Street in Torpoint, Cornwall. At the time of her birth, her father was a labourer at H. M. Dockyard in Plymouth, and she had six living siblings.^[1]

On the evening of the 2nd of April 1911, Gwynneth, age 3, was enumerated with her family at 13 Ferry Street, Torpoint, Cornwall. The Evans household consisted of:

Gwynneth was baptised on the 14th day of August 1913 at the Parish church in Torpoint. She was 5 years old. Her baptism entry indicates that her father was a dockyard labourer.^[3]

DEATH: 18 Apr 1922; Torpoint, Cornwall, England.

Gwynneth died at the age of 14 years at her home on 13 Ferry Street in Torpoint. Cause of death was intestinal stasis and congestion. Her brother Charles was in attendance and the informant of her death.^[4]
