Nannie Donald Ewing was born July 1, 1881 to John Porter Bromfield Ewing and Levicey Armstead (Bone) Ewing.
She married Henry Walter McKelvey in Dec. 1905.
Together they became the parents of Mae Nette (McKelvey) Jaycox, Annie Lee (McKelvey) Morgan Crowell, Eunice Adeline (McKelvey) Morgan, Frederick McKelvey, Jewel (McKelvey) Ennis, and Gertrude (McKelvey) Thorp.
Nannie died from spinal meningitis while visiting family in Comanche Co. Texas on Jan. 1, 1929. She was buried in Grenville Cemetery outside Grenville, Union County, New Mexico.[1]
