Biography

Harvey was born in 1888. He was the son of Vivian Fagin and Sally Tucker. He passed away in 1962.

FindAGrave shows the year of birth as 1888, while DoPF says it was on the same day and month in 1889 (the same sources also show a precise one year discrepancy for the birth year of Harvey's older brother Harry, which seems like an odd coincidence).
