Charles W. Farwell was born March 1809 in Bethel, Oxford, Maine, USA. He died October 24, 1841, possibly in Albany, Maine, where he was residing.^[1]

Charles was buried at Flat Cemetery, West Bethel. His gravestone has a death date of October 24, 1842, but this is certainly incorrect as a document in his probate file states he died on October 24, 1841; additionally, there are documents in said probate file dated before October 24, 1842 which state Charles was deceased. His Find A Grave memorial has photos and links to those of family members.^[2]
