Elmer Wayne Fenton was born on 26 Aug 1931 in Litchfield, Montgomery Co., Illinois as the third child of William George Fenton Fenton-1400 and Opal Mary Hemken Hemken-39. He had seven siblings.
When he was 16, he married Living Jarman on 21 Jan 1948 in Hillsboro, Montgomery Co., Illinois. They had four children.
Elmer lived in rural Montgomery County, Illinois in 1935. He lived in Grisham Township, Montgomery County, Illinois on 01 Apr 1940 (Marital Status: Single; Relation to Head of House: Son).
Elmer died on 24 Aug 2008 in Springfield, Sangamon Co., Illinois. He was buried in Sunnyside Cemetery, Sorento, Bond Co., Illinois.
