Biography

This profile is part of the Harlem Township, Illinois One Place Study.
Charles Ferguson was an early resident of the Scottish Settlement in Argyle, Illinois.

Charles was born in 1857. He was the son of Scottish immigrants William Ferguson and Helen Picken. [1]

They were some of the first residents of the Scotch Settlement at Argyle.

He married Jennie Turner in 1882. [2]

They moved to Calhoun County, Iowa.

He passed away in 1934.
