Biography

Gladys Winnifred Ferguson was born on Thursday, 19 February 1891 at Scott Twp., Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada.

She and William Samuel Cook, son of James Cook and Margaret Oxtoby, were married by Reverend T. O. Miller on Thursday, 25 December 1919 at Uxbridge, Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada. He was 33, bachelor, Canadian, born and living in Scott Twp., Presbyterian. She was 21, spinster, Canadian, born and living in Scott Twp., Presbyterian. Elizabeth Anderson Cook and Rae M. Ferguson witnessed the marriage.

Gladys died on Wednesday, 6 January 1926 at Uxbridge, Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada, at age 34 years, 10 months and 18 days, of pneumonia. Dr. F. E. Mellow attended at the death. Frank Ferguson was listed as the informant.

She was buried on Friday, 8 January 1926 at Quaker Hill Cemetery, Uxbridge, Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada.
