By 1875 that same property was apparently owned by "N . C . Howland " (probably Nathan Howland ). No trace of Hiram is found on the later map . Hiram is buried at Chestnut Hill Cemetery , which is located in the town of Springport , Village of Union Springs , Cayuga County , NY .
