Robert's birth, emigration and alleged presence as a defender of Londonderry in 1689 and being at the Battle of the Boyne 1690, wounded and left for dead, are included in a private tree, source below.

Robert and Dorothea emigrated from Ireland to PA in 1720 with their seven adult children. Quoted by Charles Finney in a forum 3/31/03, referring to Rachael Barkley's children, source below.
