Biography
Charles Fisio (sic) was born 7 Oct 1728, baptized the 9th in Longue-Pointe de Montréal[1], the son of Jacques Laramee and Anne Monet.
Charles was first married with Marie Judith Loisel, 25 year old daughter of Jean Baptiste Loisel and Marie Anne Baudry, on 13 Nov 1752 in Pointe-aux-Trembles de Montréal[2]
- Only one child of this couple went on to marry. On 10 Feb 1777, in Pointe-aux-Trembles, Louis Majo widower of Marie Lorion, son of Joseph Majo and Therese Mousseau, married Marguerite Fissiau dite La Ramé daughter of Charles Fissiau dit La Ramé and the late Marguerite (sic) Loiselle. Witnesses included the groom's brother Joseph Majo, the bride's father and others. Among the signatures is a Marguerite Cirier. [3]
Marie Judith Loiselle, 33 years and 5 months old wife of Charles Fissiau dit Larramée, died 6 Apr 1761. She was buried 2 days later in Pointe-aux-Trembles cememtery. [4]
On 24 Oct 1763, St-Enfant-Jésus-de-la-Pointe-aux-Trembles, Charles Fissiau dit Laramée 33 year old widower of Marie Judith Loiselle, son of the late Jacques Fissiau and the late Anne Monet, married Marie Françoise Cirier 19 year old daughter of Antoine Cirier and Marie Joseph Lenoir. Several named witnesses including the bride's father (signature). [5] He passed away in 1796.
