Louise Fletcher was born in August, 1886 in Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, United States, daughter of Lewis Richard Fletcher (1841–1899) and Elsie Broy (1854–1930).^[1]

Louise died on March 12, 1938 in Washington, aged 51. She was buried in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia.^{[1] [2]}
