Obituary

Lenora E (Flick) Fay, 76 of Moravia , NY passed away January 11, 2022 at home after a long illness.

She was born on December 14, 1945 a daughter of Leo and Wanetta (Long) Flick.

She was a lifelong resident of Moravia, a graduate of Moravia Central School and a devoted house/ farm wife and mother.

Lenora is survived by her husband of 55 years Bruce E. Fay and three children-Barbara (Kean) Flynn of Sempronius, Brenda (Tammy) Fay-Sadler of Shortsville

and Becky (Sean) Nesbitt of Moravia. Also by her five grandchildren-Jacob Flynn of Washington DC, Jesse (Hannah) Flynn, Brad and Derek Tuttle and Tori Nesbitt all from Moravia. and many nieces, nephews & cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents Leo and Wanetta Flick and her four siblings-Janice (Linus) Smith, Norman (Buzzy) Flick, Wesley Flick, and Gary Flick.

Lenora is known for all her volunteer work for the Moravia Fire Dept. and MFD Ladies Auxiliary, where she served as Past President and Secretary. She loved to help the community..

She loved bowling, loved being at the farmers market where she loved to visit with our community. She was also known by many as Grandma “COW” or Fritz.

We ask for contributions to be made to Four Town First Aid Squad or Country Acres Pet Service.

Services will be Sat. Jan. 22,2022 at 1:00 pm at Sempronius Baptist Church, 6500 Frazier Rd., Sempronius, NY

A celebration of life will be at a later date.

Arrangements are with the Wade Funeral Service, Moravia, NY.
