James was born on January 19,1952 in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan and a son of James Fogt and Louise Milburn. He passed away on January 23,012 and buried in the Springhill Cemetery in Harrodsburg, Mercer County, Kentucky. [1]

- James Edward Fogt, Jr., 60, husband of Vicki Darland Fogt, died Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the V.A. Medical Center in Lexington. Born January 19, 1952 in Detroit, MI., he was the son of the late James Edward Sr. and Louise Milburn Fogt. He was an Electrician and had worked at Arrow Electric in Lexington. He was a U.S. Army Veteran where he obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant. He enjoyed motorcycles, rebuilding cars, and painting.
- Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter whom he loved very much Melissa Florene Fogt of Harrodsburg.
