Biography
Richard Forrest was a machinist / mechanic for many years. Subsequently he followed a training of cook. He will be chef-cuisinier at St-Jean de Dieu Hospital. On his death, his place of residence is Gamelin. Gamelin was the territory of the hospital and its outbuildings

Il fut machiniste/mécanicien pendant plusieurs années. Par la suite il suivi une formation de cuisinier. Il sera chef-cuisinier à l'Hôpital St-Jean de Dieu. A son décès, son lieu de résidence est Gamelin. Gamelin était le territoire de l'hôpital et de ses dépendances.
Il décède le 27 mars 1952 âgé de 72 ans.
