Lucy Forest was born on 23 December 1690[1], a daughter of John and Elizabeth Forest[2]. Prince George's County was formed from Charles and Calvert Counties in 1696.

Smith 1976: June 1698 #A317: concerning Ellinor Forrest: Elizabeth Forrest widow came into Court and bound her daughter named Ellinor Forrest unto Mr. William Barton until 16. Ellinor being 12 years old 2 january next. Barton was to give her a suit of clothes at the expiration of her service. Also, Lucy was bound to Barton. She would be 8 "23 Dec next," and her son William, 4 "14th January last" until he's 21.
