Biography
Loma Louise Fouke was born on July 18, 1877, in Shelbyville, Shelby County, Illinois, United States. She was the daughter of George William Fouke and Belle F. Fouke.
During her early years, Loma lived with her family in Shelbyville, Illinois, as indicated by records from 1880.
By 1900, Loma had relocated to Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas, where she likely pursued her adult life.
On January 21, 1904, Loma married Eugene Alymer Elliot in Bowie County, Texas, marking a significant milestone in her personal life.
Tragically, Loma's life was cut short, and she passed away on February 21, 1908. She was laid to rest at the State Line Cemetery in Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas, where she was buried following her untimely demise.
