Collon died on May 31, 1969, in Toombs County, Georgia. He is buried in the Mount Vernon Cemetery, in Mount Vernon.[3]

HIs named is spelled strangely, but this is how it was spelled in the sources I found. In a few records, it was spelled Collon, but for the most part it was spelled Colon

1st Wife Flora Alvena Connell
They married sometime around 1919 or 1920. 1930 census says he married when he was 22, which was 1919.
This marriage ended in divorce and they both remarried.
