Widow Pickens, Edmund Hames, McWherter, also feather beds & furniture, four head of cattle, one cupboard, one pot and one oven, three matlocks and one trunk. 23 Aug 1823. Signed James McWhirter, Desiner McWhirter. Proved by the oath of James McWhirter 22 March 1824 before G. S. Foster, JP. Recorded 19 July 1824.
