Benjamin was not found in the 1850 Census unless his age is 10 years off. There was no widow Fox of proper age. The divorce papers of Sarah Ann Fox & Miles Dennis suggest eight heirs of their father Benjamin indicated that at least one of his children was deceased [There were 8 by Elizabeth Anderson, one child by Nancy Norvell.] This Benjamin likely died as a child or young adult.
