Biography

George Sutton Fox, the son of Thomas Dudley Fox (abt.1806-1881) and Mary Elizabeth (Sweet) Fox (1819-1914), was born about 1853-55 in Newburgh, Lennox and Addington, Canada West (Ontario).^[1][2] He continued to live in Newburgh until at least 1891, giving his occupation variously as labourer,^{[3][4][5][6][2]} farmer^[7] and teamster.^[2]
