Biography
Virginia was born circa 1806 in Albemarle County, Virginia. She was the daughter of William Frailey and Mary Burris. She died circa 1841 in Shelby County, Illinois, as a result of being struck by lightening while standing in doorway of brother-in-law John Sarver's home holding a child; the child survived.
