William C Fraker was born on August 25, 1818, in Tennessee. He married Susannah Hartman and they had one daughter together. He also had one daughter with Bathiah Jane Milburn. He died on February 26, 1896, in Greene, Tennessee, having lived a long life of 77 years, and was buried there.
