Elizabeth Frankling was baptised on 23 Jul 1820 at Hilmarton, Wiltshire, baseborn daughter of Sarah Frankling.^[1]

Census records have given her place of birth variously as Preston (Lyneham), Winterbourne and Hilmarton, all in Wiltshire.

Elizabeth Franklin of full age, spinster of Lyneham, married John Hunt of full age, widower, baker of Lyneham on 04 Oct 1845 at Lyneham, Wiltshire. Father's name was recorded as William Franklin, Labourer.^[2]
