James Frazier appears in the tax lists for Jefferson Co., KY from about 1806 through at least 1810, then Daviess Co., KY from 1818 until about 1833. Interestingly enough, a James Frazier appears in Spencer and Perry Cos., IN at about that time. More research is needed to determine if the two James Fraziers are in fact one and the same, however, there is strong evidence leading me to think that they are, including the children of Rebecca Frazier all claiming that their mother was born in Indiana, and the fact that George Duncan and Elizabeth Frasier also lived in Indiana. Coincidentally There was a James Frazier buried at Mt. Zion Cem. in the 1890's, where George Duncan and part of his family were buried. No age was given for this James Frazier.

The James Frazier in Barren Co. doesn't have a son of the right age to be James Jr., and had a will in 1849 in Barren Co., the others are all possibilities, in theory)

According to David Harrier, his ancestor William P. Frazier was born January 17, 1836 in Kentucky and died March 5, 1877 in Daviess Co., KY. He was married to Margarette Harrison on September 3, 1857 in Spencer Co., IN and was the son of James Frazier and Mary Boucher (widow of John Gillian and daughter of William Boucher and Amelia Farris). This James Frazier is the right age to be James Frazier Jr., son of James Frasier and brother of Rebecca, Frances and Elizabeth Frasier who married into the Roberts and Duncan Families.
