Biography

Watson Freeman was born in 1739, the son of Capt Watson Freeman and Sarah Gray of Harwich. He was baptized Feb 25, 1739[1] [2]

He married first ?

On March 18, 1762, he married Thankful Freeman his second wife, daughter of Benjamin Freeman and Sarah Dillingham of Harwich[1] [2], and their children included:

  1. Watson, born December 28, 1762, who married Sarah Hinkley and Experience Freeman[1] [2]
  2. Joshua, baptized July 12, 1764[1] [2], who died young
  3. Edward, baptised July 31, 1768[1] [2], who died young

Watson died before 1777, when his wife remarried[1]
