Biography

Arthur was born in 1867^[1] in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England. He was the son of William C Fuller and his wife, Elizabeth Leggett. The family lived in Yarmouth, where Arthur's father worked as a tailor.^[2]

At the time of the 1881 census Arthur was a scholar visiting Jane Chambers in Norwich, Norfolk.^[3] In 1891 he lodged in Lowestoft, Suffolk, with the Bussey family. He worked as a telegraphist for the Post Office.^[4]

Arthur married Kate Turner in 1893.^[5] The family lived in Lowestoft, and Arthur worked as a sorting clerk and telegraphist.^[6]

He died in 1907 at the age of 40.^[7][8]
