James Fuller was born about 1749, probably in Maryland, to parents Nehemiah and Mary Fuller. He married Mary (Molly) May about 1776 in North Carolina. Children: Frances, Nicy, Mary, Levi, James, John Nehemiah. He passed away on 8 Apr 1831 in Osmond, North Carolina where he is buried in the Fuller Family Cemetery beside his wife Mary. He was the eldest son of Nehemiah Fuller.
