Wallace Leslie Galeucia was born on 2 March 1894 in Peabody, Essex County, Massachusetts to Charles Curtis Galeucia and Mary Jane (Carter) Galeucia.^[1][2][3]

In 1930 he was living with his wife, Emily (31), and step-son, Karl (10), in Pelham, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.^[7]
