Biography
Elizabeth was born in 1906, the daughter of George Galey and Eliza Hitchcock. She was one of 8 children.
Elizabeth had 2 marriages, firstly to Peter Duncan which ended in 1935 when she and Peter divorced at Westport.
In 1938, Elizabeth remarried to Henry Adair, also a divorcee. Peter also remarried in 1939.
Elizabeth died in 1977 and is buried in Motueka cemetery. BLK OLD ROW 4 PLOT 229.
