Adam is listed as bondsman (marriage in 1810) for my ancestor William Fernimen. He and Adam were both in the war of 1812, Galloway was in the Dubois Mounted Spies Enlisted Sept. 1Capt.8 1812. They both got land in Illinois, Wm. in White County, Adam in Edward County. The 1810 census lists William, Zachariah and John. John has a son the right age for Adam. He has 3 males listed between 16-25. My hypothesis is that my William is living with Adam and their family? There are no Fernimens (many various spellings) in Ohio Co., KY on the 1810 census; I have gone through name by name.
