Zelpha Melinda Gallup was born on January 10, 1882 in Springville, Utah Territory, Utah, daughter of James Gallup (1855–1910) and Ellenor Amelia Warren (1858–1935).[1]
Melinda (18) married Roswell Darius Bird (19) (born on July 5, 1881 in Springville; son of Roswell Darius Bird Sr) in 1901. Their children were:
- Leona Bird (1902–1985)
- Floyd Roswell Bird (1908–1958)
Melinda died on June 12, 1958, in Provo, Utah, United States, aged 76. She was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Springville.[1]
