Biography
Joseph Gallup, born 18 Oct 1760 at Stonington, Connecticut, was the sixth child of Mercy (Denison) & Elisha Gallup.
He married Miriam Brigham, daughter of Ezekiel & Martha (Bigelow) Brigham
Their children were Mercy, Ezekiel, Elisha, Joseph, Zadock, George, Martha, Mariam & Eunice (all but the youngest were born in VT, and Eunice was born in Quebec, Canada)
