Minnie Elizabeth Gardner was born on March 27, 1915 in Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Henry Gardner and Bertha Barrett.[1] Minnie Gardner was named after her mother's sister (her aunt) Minnie (Barrett) Nichols. She was baptized at the Primitive Methodist Church, Sherman St, Wilkes-Barre, PA.
On November 22, 1939, William Frederick Bauer married Minnie Elizabeth Gardner in Edwardsville, Luzerne, Pennsylvania. [2][3]
