Biography

Ethel was born circa 1900, the daughter of Morgan G. Gardner and Alta Clementine Harlow of Monroe, Iowa. [1]

On August 7, 1915, she married Andrew Phipps, and had children, including:

  1. Andrew Jackson Phipps, born 1918[2]
  2. Wilma Phipps, born 1920[3]
  3. Florence Louise Phipps, born 11 August 1926[4]

After Andrew Phipps passed away in 1931, Ethel married Lester Clyde Campbell.

Ethel is buried in the Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in Des Moines, IA
