Biography

When Stephen Garner was born in 1802 in Anderson, South Carolina, his father, John, was 22 and his mother, Jane, was 22. He married Judith Edwards and they had eight children together. He then married Jane Linsey on January 28, 1848. He died in August 1861 in Jefferson, Alabama, at the age of 59.
