Biography
Frank Curtis Garrison was born 8 October 1867 at Copiah, Mississippi, the son of Edwin Garrison and Mary Curtis.[1]
Frank worked as crew on steamships. His brother, Thomas, was a steamboat captain on the Mississippi River.
Frank died 21 May 1898 in St. Louis at the age of 32..[2]
