Biography
Isaac was born in 1735 in Mamaroneck, Westchester, New York. He was the son of James Gedney and Phebe Griffin (Horton) Gedney.
"Notitia Paroch." (Christ's Church records); funeral by the Rev. David Foote, Rector, but location unspecified; probably, originally in churchyard cemetery adjacent to Christ's Church, then later moved with all burials to new Christ's Church Cemetery which eventually became subsumed within Greenwood-Union Cemetery (not in transcriptions by F.F. Spies, 1932)
He died in Oct 1791 in Rye, Westchester, New York. [1]
